Hello!

I'm a level designer from Istanbul, Turkey. Although I have majored in music theory & composition in the university, I always had an interest in building interesting maps and spaces for the video games that I played since childhood. I used a variety of editors from strategy games such as AoE to Roblox Editor in order to create maps for me and my friends to play in. 

I believe a game level should be able to communicate with the player in many ways and provide a memorable experience. Level design is more than creating a space; it's about delivering the best possible experience that resonates with the players.

I am particularly amazed by the level design in immersive sim and stealth games, such as Thief, Dishonored and Amnesia. I have a passion for in-depth learning of the systemic game level design principles in order to create synergies that lead to moments of emergent gameplay. I also enjoy the action aspects and the narrative approach of Souls games.

Aside from video games, I also enjoy worldbuilding, music composition, writing, learning new board games and hosting DnD campaigns for my friends.
